Enlisted has released its "Off-road Patrol" update. The main addition is off-road vehicles. Every army's research tree now has new squads that use these vehicles. Each one carries a machine gun and extra grenade boxes for the front line. Players in off-road vehicles or on motorcycles can now capture points without getting out. Japan gets the G4M1 bomber. The USA gets a version of the Lewis gun that was issued to the British Home Guard.

There are four new premium squads:
- An armored Willys with twin mounted Bazookas in place of its machine gun
- A Kubelwagen 82 with a Zwillingssockel in the back
- A Lend-Lease P-39Q-15 with a unique pilot for the USSR
- An Imperial Japanese Navy squad with an unusual rocket launcher

Combat changes include new hit effects when large-caliber weapons strike infantry. Strong explosions now send nearby soldiers flying, and melee animations have been reworked. On the graphics side, the update adds Path Traced Global Illumination, Opacity Micromaps, tracers in reflections, physics for spent casings and a new ray tracing preset for PC and consoles. It also brings customization items, mission balancing and bug fixes.

"Saboteur's stash" chests are in the shop until October 13, 13:00 UTC.
