October 2nd brought four BR5 battles with four different factions, and the day finished with three wins, one loss and 394 kills overall.

The opening match was a tough one. Playing Germany on "Sword Beach" in Confrontation, the team put up 104 kills, 12 assists, 3 vehicles destroyed and 37 zone points, and still lost. The performance deserved a better result than the scoreboard gave it.

Things turned around after that. Japan took the first win on "Myansera" with 48 kills and 3 vehicles. The Soviets then held the line on "Ministry Garden" in a defensive Destruction match, with 96 kills, 25 assists and 38,105 XP.

The best was saved for last. With the Allies on "D-Day", an offensive Invasion, the team finished with 146 kills, 28 assists and 90 zone points, all without a single vehicle kill. That was pure infantry work on the beach. The reward was 263,559 XP and 28,240 silver, by far the biggest haul of the day, along with the day's top total score of 10,503.

The day started with a painful defeat and ended with a beach landing worth rewatching.
